Terms & booking conditions

1. Bookings

A booking is confirmed once payment is received and a booking reference is issued. Quoted fares are fixed for the route, vehicle class and passenger count supplied at booking. Material changes on the day may be re-quoted.

2. Payment

Individual bookings are paid by card. Choose a 20% or 50% deposit, or pay in full; any balance is due before travel. Approved business accounts may be invoiced monthly on Net 30 terms. All prices are in NZD and include GST.

3. Cancellations & refunds

• 7 days or more before pickup — 97% refund for card payments (the card fee is non-refundable), or 100% for bank/invoice payments.
• 24 hours to 7 days before pickup — 50% refund.
• Less than 24 hours before pickup, or after the trip has started — no refund.

4. Passengers & luggage

Vehicles carry 1–8 passengers depending on class. Please note child seats, wheelchair access or oversized luggage as a special request so we can allocate a suitable vehicle.

5. Delays & waiting time

We monitor flight arrivals where a flight number is supplied. Extended waiting caused by passenger delay may incur an hourly charge.

6. Privacy

Trip and contact details are used only to deliver your booking. Shared tracking links show driver progress only and expire after 7 days.
