How it works
For a passenger with mobility needs, the hardest part of most transport is everything around the vehicle: the rank, the kerb, the hurry, the driver who has already started the meter. Our service removes all of it. We come to the door, allow whatever time boarding takes, and drive directly to the destination door.
Tell us about the passenger's needs when you book — whether they travel in their own wheelchair or transfer to a seat, what equipment comes along, and whether a carer or family member is travelling too. We will match the vehicle and the driver to the situation, and we will be honest on the rare occasion a specialised hoist vehicle is a better answer than ours.
Accessible bookings cover everything from a hospital appointment across town to a full day out or an intercity journey. Longer trips are planned around the passenger: comfort breaks when they are wanted, a pace that suits, and a fixed price agreed before anyone leaves home.
