How to book your ride
- 1Open the booking form on our homepage and enter your pickup address — your home, a mate's place, wherever you're starting from.
- 2In the drop-off field, type “Hardphoria” and pick “HARDPHORIA: ENCAGED — Auckland” from the suggestions. You won't see a street address — the venue location is a secret kept by the organiser, so we only show the event name. The address is already mapped on our side for pricing and routing.
- 3Choose your pickup date and time for the ride there, then add your return trip for the ride home — a 4am to 6am pickup is a normal booking for us.
- 4Check your fixed fare, confirm, and both legs are locked in before the night starts. Your driver's details come to you before the trip.
Getting there and home
HARDPHORIA x BLACK NOIR: ENCAGED runs 9pm to 6am in Auckland on Saturday 26 September, at a warehouse location the organiser shares with ticket holders closer to the night. Give us that address when you have it — or give us the nearest cross street and we'll sort the rest with you on the day.
The ride home is the part most people leave to chance. At 4am to 6am there's no train, and everyone in the building wants a car at the same moment. A pre-booked private transfer means a driver is already allocated to you at the time you nominated, with a fare you agreed days earlier.
We pick up anywhere in the Auckland region and from further afield — Hamilton, Tauranga, Whangārei and the rest of the North Island are all normal jobs for us. If you're travelling in for the night, we can also run you to your hotel afterwards rather than all the way home.
One thing you'll notice: we don't show the venue's address on this page, and neither does our booking form. That's deliberate — the organiser keeps the location secret and only releases it to ticket holders shortly before the night, and we're not going to spoil that. Our system already has the drop-off point quietly mapped, so your fare is calculated on the real driving distance and your driver knows exactly where to go. You just won't see the street address printed anywhere.
Ticketing, entry conditions and the venue itself are run by the event organiser — we only handle your travel. Check the official ticket page for anything about the event.
